Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, I saw early how access to opportunity can change a family’s trajectory. That’s what drives me: closing the gap for underrepresented communities by turning ambition into skills, confidence, and real outcomes.

My career has taken me from the boardroom to the classroom—as an education and business consultant, and as a real estate and mortgage finance professional. Across every role, the mission has stayed the same: mentorship, clarity, and execution.

In mortgage and real estate, I’ve learned that dreams don’t move on motivation alone. They move on strategy, consistency, and trust. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with US Mortgage Corporation, my approach is grounded in integrity, clear communication, and a deep commitment to helping clients overcome obstacles and build long-term stability through homeownership and wealth-building.

That commitment is why I founded Leaders Are Born (LABco)—to bridge education and real-world success through experiential learning. I believe success comes from access to people, places, and information—but access without preparation and application is a setup for a bad joke. LABco exists to make sure students and families don’t just get exposure… they get a pathway.
